My wonderful Lee

Lee and I are doing awesome as of last night. We had some serious conversations that kinda jogged him out of being so pissed off all the time. Today was the best day we've had in quite a while. We talked about 4-5 hours and didn't have one arguement. I get to see him on Wednesday and we're going to see Danzig with all his best friends. It should be awesome. Then I believe he's staying the night before they all head back home. I'm so in love with that boy, I swear. :D

Still Alive

Well, things since the last post have been seriously interesting. Phoenix is 3 and a half now and we've been in Asheville for over a year. Still very little contact from his dad but all in good time. My relationships have all been pretty similar. Love a guy, he cheats, hate that guy. You know, that old song and dance. Though at the moment the one I have is alright. We fight a lot and he's a total prick but eh, what can you do. At least he's not cheating on me or abusive. Just too damn hateful towards the universe in general. But I suppose that's just how some people are. Above is the new and improved me, and a new picture of Phoenix. I'm now a confident single mama with mostly new views on life. Sometimes it's interesting to think of the woman I once was. How timid towards raising Phoenix I was and how I never thought I could make it alone. Seems like the only option you truly have in life is to do just that. I've had a lot of help with that from looking at my mother. She had mostly the same situation and had plenty of courage towards it. Although she's in "Grandma" mode and usually tells Phoenix otherwise whenever I tell him "You can't have ___" she still has done a lot for me. Dad as well. He's given me the "fuck it" attitude I've always been known for. Still not married like I'd hoped, but who cares right? I guess all of that will happen in due time.

New Name Decision

Mom and I have decided on Indigo Phoenix

It came out of no where in a conversation (Indigo) and we both gasped at the thought. Finally, a weird name for my weird son

Duane's mom has programed him into wanting to take him from me. Not like it could happen, but I guess whatever her crazy mind thinks they can do works. I'm not really worried about it.

So apparently, Duane's off drugs. Though he looks like he's some kind of whino in this picture. I just thought this picture was really fucking funny. Not to mention, he's got a mohawk now. Can't say I don't love that. And of course, The Misfits... What else is there to say about that.

At least Oliver's going to have not only muscian in his blood, but also the retarded humor we both have.

Good lord.

Oh, and the weird thing about Oliver is he always kicks like crazy when he hears drums... And of course, Daddy's a drummer. This should be interesting.

I'm at about 5 and a half months now. Oliver's been kicking the crap out of me the past 2 weeks or so.

I still have to do the colposcopy thing, which I'm worried about, but it should be ok... nothing a little sobbing at the doctor wont take care of.
